Lots of feelings to moo through, after these guys were moved away from their nurse cows (aka “the milk supply”). They are old enough to graze and get a small supply of milk each day, but they have big feelings about that.

We want to share our gratitude for @fourfatfowls. The Stephentown, NY creamery in a former schoolhouse has been a wonderful neighbor to have just over the NY state line. We are so grateful that when we were searching for resources they have been open to sharing their experiences and expertise with us and nourishing connection in this small cheese community. While we are currently at a pause for our fresh cheese production, we are carrying St. Stephen triple cream in our farm store. More about our production pause in our 🔗 links.

Our Farm Store is stocked up and open for all you last minute holiday and potential snowy, cosy weekend needs. Wednesday @berkshiremountainbakery will deliver fresh bread. We generously stocked up on eggs from @squarerootsfarmmass Ice cream from @bartsicecreamamherst and @highlawnfarm to go with all of your pie! Whole bean coffee from @sixdepot and @tunnelcitycoffee ground coffee. Our freezers are freshly stocked with sausages, bones and stew meats. Lots of local crackers, spices and accouterments for your feasts and easy access 7am to 7pm everyday in South Williamstown. #farmstore #williamstownma

There’s one member of the family you don’t want to forget around the holidays, especially if you want to keep them from sneaking a taste during meal prep. Get your pup a hearty beef marrow bone to enjoy and distract them from the thanksgiving fixins. We will have them available Saturday at FESTIVE @greylockworks and Northampton Winter Market @tuesdaymarket and Sunday at @berkgrown Winter Market at @greylockworks.

We are having special South Berkshire County pop-up market delivery on the Mondays, before Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Christmas in the parking lot of @nocomplyfoods. Pre-orders submitted by Sunday night can be picked up in the parking lot from 3 to 6pm on Monday. A holiday menu and our more extensive meat cut sheet is in the links.
