The Grounds

We offer a relaxed atmosphere on a real working farm that is bustling with positive life and energy. Cricket Creek Farm is an active dairy farm with charming animals and farm equipment; it is the perfect setting for anyone interested in having their celebration in a rural setting that is both breathtakingly beautiful and also an example of sustainable agriculture. A variety of captivating spaces can be used for a celebration including several pasture vistas and a renovated stone barn.

The Stone Barn

At the heart of our farm is our renovated classic New England style stone barn, with expansive views of Massachusetts’ highest peak, Mt. Greylock, and the Green Mountains to the north. The northern facade features a floor to ceiling retractable glass wall and to the east is a cable railed deck overlooking the Berkshire hills. The barn retains its agrarian roots with original flooring including hayloft doors while the ceiling of the barn has been reinforced with southern yellow pine buttresses and black steel runners providing the space a rustic-industrial quality. The barn is a perfect place to host your reception of up to 150.

The Pastures

Our fields are used year round for grazing small herds of Brown Swiss, Normand, and Jersey cows. We use regenerative grazing to improve soil and plant diversity. The mounds of pastures offer elevated, open views of the mountains and provide a sense of seclusion and intimacy as a  ceremony locations. Pasture spaces can host events of up to 300 under tents. We have three distinct sites to choose between: the High Pasture, under the Catalpa tree, or the field on Oblong Road.
