On December 1st we will be having a cheese making class here at the farm! This is an opportunity to see how we make cheese in our farmstead creamery. It is a beginner class and intended for a wide audience – cooks, DIY enthusiasts, aspiring cheese makers, or anyone curious about what commercial cheese making on a small farm is like!
