We have some raw milk feta cheese now available for sale! It was made last December, and has a strong ripe flavor. We offered it this week to our CSA (they get first dibs!) and now it is for sale in the farm store. Last week I celebrated the arrival of feta to my mouth and belly by making a feta salad with beets, carrots and pears. Check out the photos and be inspired to make your own feta salad! ENJOY.
