If you have been to Cricket Creek farm in the past year, or if you have shopped at the Northampton, Manchester, or Troy market this year, it is likely that you have seen the friendly smiling faces of Mike & Nicole. This creative farming couple has been working with us since last March, and this week we finally said good-bye. I feel lucky to have been able to work with them both. They have a deep love and admirable commitment to food and agriculture. They are onto new and exciting adventures back on the west coast (where they lived before coming here). We wish them lots of success and a future filled with cheese. I know that they will do well because they bring their excitement and dedication with them wherever they go.
