Last week I visited our friends and fellow dairy farmers at Sidehill Farm to check out some of their equipment for foliar feeding their pastures and hay fields. They are in the midst of a huge transition to their new farm in Hawley and generously took some time out of a busy morning (after a very long night of yogurt making) to show me around. After seeing the equipment, I got to check out their new farm store. It is a lovely store with a great (and growing) selection of local products including Cricket Creek Farm cheese!
