All summer long we have had our youngest group of hens living on the front lawn. You have likely seen them wander onto the parking lot, or to the calf barn, or wherever else they feel like going. Our old flock of hens that was living in the coop by the tin barn is now all gone – several were given away and the remainder were processed last week – so the new group will move over there. This group of chickens is particularly comfortable around visitors, so stop by to see them in their new spot.
