We make grilled cheese sandwiches to order each week at the Downtown Pittsfield Farmers Market. We also made them at the Berkshire Botanical Harvest Festival last weekend. Keep us in mind as you plan an event, special market, fundraiser, or party in the area! The sandwiches are simple, inexpensive, rich, and delicious. We use the fresh bread from the bakery here and our own Tobasi cheese which melts beautifully!
