Ken Skudder is the apprentice here who is responsible for the Hillside cheese. He has taken a great initiative to revamp the spicy pepper flavor. He created a series of trials that used different recipes of homemade pepper blends for us to taste. He spent a few weeks refining the recipes using the feedback from the rest of the Cricket Creek team. I am happy to say that Ken has come up with something great!
