Matthew has been planning a new sign for the farm’s driveway for quite some time. This week he returned from a four month thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail, and set right to work on the sign. He started by sketching out a few different designs and layouts and settled on one that reflects the same style and logo that we use on most of our materials. Then he spent a couple days carving out each letter and the image of the cow. Yesterday he meticulously filled in the letters with paint. It is a very slow and exacting process, but well worth it because the sign is coming along beautifully. Can’t wait to show off the finished sign soon!
