SoMa Catering uses Cricket Creek Farm feta on the flatbreads they serve at the Lenox Farmers Market (Fridays, 1-5pm). I stopped by the marketthis Friday and was delighted to see that not only were the scrumptious lamb and feta flatbreads being made, but they were being sold by my dear friend Ellen Poggi – formerly of Hand Hollow Farm in New Lebanon. The smells that come from that oven waft over the entire market, powerful enough to make anyone hungry! The breads are a real treat – find them at the Lenox market or at the SoMa store in Richmond, MA!
