teamwork to move the pig house

· October 21, 2013 ·

On Monday afternoon a group of us all worked together to clean up the pig fencing in the pasture left from the summer months.  We rarely do group work like that on the farm so it was great to work together on a project.  The day culminated with moving the A-frame pig house from the pasture back in to the winter area by the tin barn.  The house can be moved with just two people, but it is a whole lot easier with a team of 5!  Four people each took a corner and then Topher went inside and held it from the front braces.  As soon as we sat it down inside the pig area Ophelia walked inside and made herself comfortably at home!  She seems to really like it in there!
