YUM, deviled eggs….

We’ve got lots of eggs for sale from the Cricket Creek farm store!  I love to make deviled eggs because they are creamy, savory, and fun in a fancy way!  As Cara just told me, “sometimes people need to be reminded just how amazing deviled eggs really are”. She is so right. Cook the eggs by hard-boiling them.  Drain water, and rinse eggs in cold water until pot and water is cool.  Peel eggs.  Slice eggs in half.  Scoop out the yolks and mix with homemade mayo, mustard, salt pepper, and scallions, chives, or other herb, to taste.  Scoop yolk into white halves.  Garnish with paprika, chopped olives, or anything else you like!  Have fun eating them!
